Our Owners also have access to their own Online Portal. It is quick, easy and helps you keep track of your investment and allows you to view financial statements.

TENANT PLACEMENT

We make every effort to conduct extensive screening on all tenants. We know how important it is that your property is well taken care of by your qualified tenant and that rent is paid on time. Each applicant is qualified through a criminal background check, a review of their employment history, and a review of their rental history.
